Conveniently located just off Montana Ave. between Lee Blvd. and Saul Kleinfeld Dr. We are a small neighborhood with a great sense of community. We require all our prospective tenants to complete a credit and background check. The fee is $25.00 per application. No mobile homes older than a 2000 will be approved. We may request a picture of the home with your application. We allow 2 small pets, RESTRICTED breeds NOT allowed. Please note that ALL ADULT residents must apply and be approved prior to moving into the community.
